At first, the task sounded a bit unlikely - how to connect hairdressing, the theme of space and acoustic panels together? The challenge came from successful hairdresser Ten Pocit and their newly opened hairdressing academy space in Prague's Vinohrady district. But the closer we got to the space theme, the better everything fit into one intergalactic and colorful whole.
A series of acoustic panels, custom-made for the hairdressing salon, bear a texture referring to combed smooth strands of hair. The texture in the circular shapes creates the illusion of planetary rings and movement. The acoustic panels were then complemented by two backlit Hyperion panels.
